Today you can also look to Hong Kong for you next CPA. The U.S. International Qualifications Appraisal Board and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants have announced a five year deal for reciprocity. The agreements provides mutual recognition of credentials. However, the deal is not binding for the 55 state CPA jurisdictions. This is merely a recommendation for adoption.
